Our Spa

Payment

Payment in full will be required upon booking. Please ensure you provide at least 72 hours’ notice when cancelling or re-scheduling your appointments, or 100% cancellation charges will apply. All major credit cards are accepted. If you are a resident of the hotel, your spa experiences can be charged to your room.

Etiquette

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone and smoke free zone.

Please note that all guests must bring their own swimwear to use the Spa. We do offer a small selection of swimwear to purchase at the Spa.

We accept no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the premises. We advise you to leave any precious or sentimental items at home as small items are easily displaced when in a state of relaxation.

Medical

Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues, medical conditions or allergies so that we can advise on treatments and recommend suitable therapies for you. Kindly also inform us at if you are pregnant as this may affect your treatment choices. Our therapists will be able to advise you of the perfect treatments for your safety and comfort.

Restricted Access Times

Children are permitted to use the indoor pool facility only between 08.30am-09.45am and should vacate the spa building by 10.00am. A maximum of 10 children only per session will be allowed into the pool area to meet necessary Health and Safety regulations.
